I’m a mid-thirties mom and teacher who is on a mission to get fit and healthy. Once upon a time I was an athlete, but I’ve spent my postpartum years stressed, tired, and coping with life in unhealthy ways. My journey started on April 16th, 2026 at 216 lbs.
Here are my rules for my first 30 days:
- No fast food
- No added sugars
- No eating in bed or on the couch
- Prioritize fiber and protein
